History of SET Skiba GmbH

 

1988 SET (Special Development Team) Skiba GmbH was founded. The task was hardware and software development

         for different applications. Among other things, CPM system was built and developed program in Z80 assembler.

1989 The CP/M systems AUTOINDUKT I were used to control the Wayne Kerr 3260 measuring bridges.

         The test system AUTOINDUKT includes LCR and high voltage up to 5000V test and the suitable switching matrix to

         automatically test the multiple connections of coils.

1991 The software development in PASCAL and on IBM compatible system changed. The software package MESCO View was developed.

1992 Test system for coils mounting places MP6 and MP12. Test coils on 12 production places of coils

1995 LCR switching matrix 415T and 215T suitable for Wayne Kerr 3260 and 3255 measuring bridges developed.

1997 AUTOINDUKT III

1999 The company SET Indo was founded in Indonesia. Program Package MESCO View has been changed from PASCAL to

         Delphi. Support of test adaptations and development and production of PCB's.

2000 Test system AUTOUINDUKT IV, test stations with ISEL transport rails to transport the test part to the test stations (LCR and HS).

          Bad parts were sorted out the good parts will pass on for printing.

2001 Lifespan Test station for heating conductor wires.

2002 Function test system for keyless entry grips for Volvo, VW, Audi ...

2007 Hardware control converted to USB interface

2010 Low cost Analogue LCR Scanner AD08, testing coils with 8 windings

2015 New LCR switching matrix 415B and 215B suitable for Wayne Kerr 3260 and 3255 measuring bridges developed.

2017 AUTOINDUKT V system with turntable and a packaging table.

2018 HS16 test cage HS16 with built-in high voltage device up to 5KV and a 16 switching matrix contacts.

         Tests of 4-5 components at a time.

 

The next years we upgrade the Hardware and the Software.
